The Augustin Rouge cuvée is a vinegar made from a wine aged on lees, in a cellar for seven years, produced in the Gasqui vineyard, in the foothills of the Maures in the Var. Long keeping vinegar.
Vinegar with a nice attack on the palate, frank and fresh, with a taste of red fruits, lemony, with a note of pepper and exotic fruits.
Colour: garnet red, shiny.
Food pairing - Vinegar: vinaigrette, sauce base for red meats and roast chicken, end of deglazing for duck and offal, salads.
