Come and relax in a unique outdoor setting near the horses thanks to the sound of the Handpan, an instrument with very soft metallic sounds and a bewitching resonance, and appreciate the well-being provided to your body and your mind.

For your comfort, remember to take a mat, blanket, pillow... Anything that will allow you to be lying down or sitting on the floor during the session. Mosquito nets will be at your disposal to protect you from our friends mosquitoes and flies.

For organizational reasons and out of respect for the other participants, I invite you to arrive a little early so that you can settle in comfortably before the start of the session.

Course of the session:
- Reception and installation.
- Presentation of the theme of the session.
- Beginning of the trip (one session lasts about 1 hour)
- Awakening.
- Short discussion time on the session
- Exchange around the handpan
