What is La Tomette?

Inspired by Provençal flavours, La Tomette - in reference to the terracotta tiles used on Provençal floors - is a delicacy comprising milk chocolate and a hazelnut crust, prepared with aniseed and sesame seeds, chopped almonds and a pinch of Carmargue premium salt.
