In the heart of Martigues, Guillaume David and Céline Garcia, from the Brasserie de Sulauze, have opened their Original French Bistrot with a clear objective: "Eat well, drink well and live well".
On the menu are platters of charcuterie and farmhouse cheeses and a handpicked selection of craft beers on draught.
As for the wines, they are mostly organic and the menu changes every fortnight.
