Facing the beach in the village of Carro on the Côte Bleue, gîte completely renovated in 2020, with its private 20m² terrace, shaded by an organic climatic pergola (garden furniture).
In the heart of the village, the gîte faces the public car park, the beach, the port with the fish market, and close to the main shops.
On one level, the cottage opens via the terrace onto the living room with sofa (140x190cm), flat screen TV. Dining area. Integrated kitchen with electric stove with 4 ceramic hobs and oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood.
2 bedrooms on the street side (quiet) with 1 double bed 140x190cm, and 2 beds 90x190 (one bed + one pull out bed). A one person BZ can be used on request (supplement 6 € / day).
Shower room with Italian shower. Independent WC. Washing machine in the toilet.
Wifi - Cot and high chair. Linen pack (sheets, hand and bath towels, table towels): € 20 per person. Housekeeping on request (50 €). Reversible air conditioning (included in summer season, billed in real terms in winter). Free parking.
