THE MUSIC FADAS are the musical expression that makes the great values of the Fadas du Monde resonate throughout Martigues!
Under the musical direction of Ruben PAZ, several Latin American and French musicians came together in 2011 on the Chévéréfusion project. Offering the public a repertoire based on compositions, they skilfully mix Latin jazz with world music.

Originally from Havana, Ruben Paz offers through his music all his Afro-Cuban heritage with Jazz and World-Music influences, a crossbreeding which he has immersed himself in throughout his artistic career. Accompanied by his saxophone, his specialty, and his transverse flute, he has conquered the Marseille scene, his adopted port since 1998.

At the direction of his group "Chévéréfusion", he wants to make his audience dance with "Salseros", but stands out by constantly experimenting with new projects that offer mixed music, in the colors of the Caribbean, with Afro-Cuban rhythms ( Salsa, Rumba, Conga, Timba and Chachacha), but also with nuances of Funk and Jazz.

This rich fusion in no way detracts from the primary ambition of the group Chévéréfusion, that of continuing to make its audience dance while offering them new sounds with, in particular, the new album "Salsa para Todos".
