The City of Martigues and La Capouliero invite you to a great aiòli competition in the courtyard of the former conservatory of the island!
Pestles, mortars and all the ingredients will be at your disposal.
Come many, if only to encourage the candidates and have a good time!

From 12 p.m. we will share in a large meal the ointments prepared by the competitors.
All of this, of course, accompanied by fish and vegetables offered by the City.
