As we expected, this Cinderella by Joël Pommerat! Through this tale, Joël Pommerat approaches mourning, the desire to live, the power of the imagination and the lies of adults, with a delicacy that does not exclude humor.

Describing himself as a show writer, Joël Pommerat has the particularity of only staging his own texts. He met with public and critical success from his first shows and placed himself among the essential figures of the theater. In each of his stagings, he seeks to create a visual experience, both intimate and spectacular, based on the great presence of the actors and the confusion of the spectators. An outstanding playwright, Joël Pommerat likes to show fiction as reality, seeking the simplest and most direct description possible. Through his works, he talks to us about the human condition and the world, he talks to us about ourselves, quite simply.
