Morning:A guided tour of the Calisson Museum in Aix, Provence, which traces the history and manufacture of the famous Provençal confectionery.In the heart of the Roy René Factory, surrounded by 2 hectares of almond trees, an innovative museum space allows you to trace the legend of the Provençal cuddle and discover the know-how of confectioners.Videos, exhibition windows, gourmet scent diffusers punctuate the sweet ride. The packaging workshops are observed by huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The tour ends with a production of small calissons...
